Experts: Job churn is tough for business and an opportunity for workers
West Virginia has about 10 job openings for every seven job seekers right now, the manager of the state’s job programs told lawmakers today. “So there’s more jobs than job seekers,” Scott Adkins, interim director of Workforce West Virginia, told lawmakers at a Monday interim committee meeting. “Businesses, as many of you know and understand quite well, have been trying to make themselves more attractive to job seekers.
