Grace Bagatsing has seen a good part of the world in her life already, but what she really focuses on are those parts where people need help. As part of her foundation as well as personal dedication to charity, Grace Bagatsing donated and volunteered to poor children through many active programs (Daughters of Charity, Philippines, for example), and she continues to find ways to do more for as many as she can.  WINONA LAKE — Grace Faculty entrepreneurship big Kaley Dawson was awarded $10,000 for her business enterprise, Kaley’s Cupcakes Co., at the 10th once-a-year Grace College Company Strategy Competitors, which took put Jan. 20.
